Bobby founded the Cool Beer Brewing Company
in 1997 with a desire to brew a great
lager named Cool Beer. Since then he has
led the company to years of unprecedented
growth, as well as the successful launch

Jamie got his
BSC at Waterloo U. and did post-graduate
studies at Heriot Watt U. in Brewing Distilling
Science. After this, he held senior positions
at the Upper Canada and Steam Whistle
breweries. Jamie co-created Cool’s
new Millennium Buzz Beer among his many

and management for land development and
property management companies before coming
to Cool Beer. She recently earned her

ranks at Cool after graduating from Bramsteele
